EXQUISITE CULINARY EXPERIENCES A journey through the flavours of The St. Regis Bal Harbour.

Sabering Masterclass

Honoring the longstanding St. Regis tradition of sabrage, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is introducing a luxurious Champagne Sabrage Masterclass and accompanying five-course dining experience, to be enjoyed on the third Thursday of every month. Beginning with a story as part of the St. Regis Rituals and hosted in the resort’s grand Wine Vault, the Masterclass is followed by a one-of-a-kind Sabrage Menu featuring a selection of indulgent dishes paired with champagne including a Golden Potato topped with crème fraîche, Ossetra Caviar, and chive flower, Foie Gras Custard Brulée, Champagne Sorbet with Chambord and raspberry, and Land vs. Sea dishes. Available as a private experience or for groups of up to eight guests monthly, and priced at $500 per guest, this exclusive offering will afford guests the thrilling opportunity, if they so choose, to saber their own champagne bottle.

Gold Standard Omakase

In partnership with Gold Standard, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has debuted a unique Omakase experience, available from Tuesday through Saturday weekly. Taking its name from the Japanese translation “I leave it up to you,” this 16-course Japanese-inspired dining experience features hand-selected delicacies from the resort’s celebrated chefs for an evening of exquisite flavors and surprises. Ingredients include fish flown in from Japan daily, A5 wagyu beef, and fresh garden vegetables, thoughtfully paired with the restaurant’s impressive selection of Japanese sakes and whiskeys.

Bloody Mary Brunch

To enhance The St. Regis’ signature Bloody Mary ritual, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort recently introduced a glamorous Bloody Mary Brunch at its onsite Greek restaurant, Atlantikós. The new Bloody Mary Brunch features a scrumptious array of Mediterranean spreads attuned to the restaurant’s origins, an elaborate sushi station, an artisanal cheese and charcuterie display, in addition to brunch favorites and a carving station.

With The St. Regis credited with the invention of the Bloody Mary, the resort also introduced a Bloody Mary Trolley as a “surprise and delight” service for its guests to honor the iconic beverage across its grounds. In addition to the classic St. Regis Bloody Mary, the trolley highlights The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort’s reimagined “Bloody Sunrise,” a unique twist on the original recipe reflective of the zest and sophistication of its surrounding Miami area.
