GrowCo
Josh the dynamic gesture of the pump jack, the vertical mullion pattern creates a motion rhythm, while the builidng sits low on an open horizon.
Riding the crest of a health care surge, GrowCo took advantage of the availability of a 17,000 s.f. two story office shell to consolidate its 5 businesses under one roof. The project as designed puts leadership easily accessible to all divisions. The space is organized by division, with a particular eye out for future consolidation and divestment. Modest offices are supplemented with small, medium and large informal gathering spaces marked with spanish cedar trellises and accent colors. A large breakroom and the largest conference area are open to each other through a moveable glass partition to allow for an “all hands” meeting and gathering space. The space also includes a video studio for the in-house graphics and marketing department The timeline was tight for the project and the contractor was able to make the space available on schedule.
