Fort Capital is a real estate developer company looking to expand their current office to have enough space to grow their firm. In their new office, Fort Capital wanted to use more natural and raw materials such as exposed brick and reclaimed wood, giving it a rustic industrial feeling. They also collaborate in a variety of ways and host large events, so the floor plan provides multiple break out spaces for collaboration and socializing.

VLK has partnered with this fast-growing, close-knit company for all three phases of PMG’s evolution. At its newest location, abundant natural lighting and a large patio space support the company’s dynamic approach to work life. The design deliberately blurs the line between formal and informal to foster a culture of innovation and creativity. The campaign areas and open conference spaces are equipped with writable surfaces, restaurant-style booths and airy wood partitions.
