2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice

1 drop Ginger
1 drop Lavender

Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice, white tea, Ginger and Lavender in a cocktail shaker and mix well. Divide the mixture into two glasses and top up with club soda.
