The living environment shall demonstrate Sustainable design, Health and wellness and Community spaces. The site shares its south edge with ‘Urban forest’ and the remaining edges with the neighbourhood.

The main aim of the project was to construct new hostels for boys and girls at Modi School, incorporating modern facilities while maintaining a resemblance to the existing hostel. The interior layout of the hostels is designed to maximize the flow of natural light into the rooms.

The outbreak of Covid 19 has created a global health crisis that has had a deep impact on the way we percieve our world and our way of living. Public Transport is the backbone of the citie, providing an essential service to keep the city moving. But, in times of pandemic, people fear in traveling in public service. The projects aims to redesign public mobility spaces protected from the virus.
