Daughter of God

DAUGHTER OF GOD

Daughter of God. Your gifts.

It wasn’t until I fully embraced who I am in God’s eyes that my true calling was realized. I am His precious daughter. I had been a professional artist all my life but never felt my calling in the arts until I had a revelation of how God sees me.

My talent became my gift; finally, I was enabled to use the gifts that God has given me to help others. I never realized this until I gave my life to Christ and later was miraculously healed through prophetic art.

How incredible that our loving Father chose us before time, planned our paths, and then specifically crafted gifts for each of us. (Psalm 139) When I was healed through a prophetic painting, it all made sense to me. This is what I was meant to do. Through God’s miracle, a revelation was birthed in my spirit. What are your talents? Are these your giftings?

This painting depicts how God sees us - His precious daughter with an abundance of rich, beautiful colors; permeating a delicate, soft perfume. There is a shower of God’s unconditional love raining down, captivating our imagination. In every detail there is a richness and weightiness in the strokes and color, representing the fullness of God’s love that He has for us. He crowns us with a garland of flowers. Each unique flower, a jewel, represents every season He is guiding us through, maturing our gifts and refining us. These flowers are a beautiful creation of intricate petals and each petal is a layer of our spiritual journey, evolving and growing, building and equipping. The butterfly is the representation of the birthing process of who we are in God, our beauty, our uniqueness growing into a freedom to extend our wings and fly.

You formed my innermost being, shaping my delicate inside and my intricate outside, and wove them all together in my mother’s womb. I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord! You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place, carefully, skillfully shaping me from nothing to something. You saw who you created me to be before I became me Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book.

Psalm 139: 13-16 (TPT)
