Out and About Professional Referrals Only
A service that encourages people who are socially isolated to connect with their community.
The service will support them to integrate into the community in many ways:
A trip to the shops
Learning to use the local buses
A walk in the park
Visits to the hairdressers
And so much more...
Clients will be supported for a maximum of five sessions and the service covers all of South Ayrshire.
