ROAD CLOSURES
Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 Extension to the Temporary Closure of Tivoli Terrace South, Dún Laoghaire Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Traffic Section has approved a further extension of the temporary closure of Tivoli Terrace South, Dún Laoghaire from its junction with York Road to its junction with Tivoli Terrace East from: Friday, 16th December 2016 to Saturday, 11th February 2017 inclusive, in order to facilitate the rehabilitation of a water main for Irish Water in addition to road restoration and associated works as part of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s Road Restoration Programme 2016. The Road Closure will remain in place overnight and Local Access will be maintained at all times to Tivoli Terrace South via the Tivoli Terrace East. A signed detour will be in place for the duration of the works.

Works will take place on Mount Anville Road, Goatstown, at the junction with Mount Anville Park to facilitate the laying of a new gas main in the road. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in place on weekdays from Tuesday, 17th January 2017 to Thursday, 19th January 2017 between 10:00 and 16:00 hours inclusive.

Newtownpark Avenue / Newtown Park, Blackrock **
Road works will take place on the corner of Newtownpark Avenue / Newtown Park to facilitate utility connections to the redeveloped Playwright site from Wednesday, 11 th January to Friday, 20th January 2017 inclusive between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A traffic light Switch Off and Stop/Go Traffic Management arrangement will be in place.

Ballybrack Road / Pine Forest, Glencullen (beside The Wicklow Way) **
Drainage works will commence on Monday, 16th January 2017 until Friday, 20th January 2017 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Public realm improvement works will commence on Monday, 16th January 2017 until Friday, 24th February 2017 between 09:00 and 17:00 hrs. There will be parking and access restrictions on Desmond Avenue during this period. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Road patching repair works will commence on Wednesday, 18th January 2017 until Friday 27th January between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Kerb and footpath repairs will commence on Monday, 16th January 2017 until Friday, 27th January 2017 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
N11 / Johnstown Road Junction *** Works to facilitate the upgrade of the junction of Stillorgan Road (N11) / Johnstown Road junction will take place from the end of June 2016 to the end of January 2017. Various traffic restrictions will apply over the duration of the scheme. A Traffic Management Plan will be in place for duration of works.
Shanganagh Road, Shankill ** (from Bloomfield Court Texaco Station towards Beechfield Manor) Footpath restoration works will recommence during the week commencing Monday, 9th January 2017 until the end of January for three weeks between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
Tivoli Road / Royal Terrace West, Dún Laoghaire ** Road works will take place on Royal Terrace West to facilitate utility connections from Wednesday, 4th January to Friday, 20th January 2017 inclusive between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A traffic light Switch Off and Stop/Go Traffic Management arrangement will be in place on Tivoli Road and Royal Terrace West.

These works will continue until Friday, 31st March 2017. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation as required.
St. Patrick’s Park, Stepaside * Work will take place to reconstruct one of the cul-de-sac roads outside No. 1-6 St. Patrick’s Park, Stepaside from Monday, 9th January 2017 for a period of 5-6 weeks. Vehicular access to the cul-de-sac will be restricted throughout the duration of the works.
Avoca Avenue / Avoca Park, Blackrock * Footpath restoration works will recommence on Monday, 9th January 2017 until Friday, 27th January 2017 between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation. Temporary Traffic Signals will also be in operation as required to facilitate works.
Lynnwood, Ballinteer * Footpath restoration works will continue until Saturday, 28th January 2017 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
Meadow Grove, Milltown * Road and footpath reinstatement works will continue until Friday, 20th January 2017 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
