Section 75, Roads Act, 1993, Temporary closure of Killiney Road, Killiney Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to temporarily close Killiney Road, Killiney from Ballinclea Road to Avondale Park from 5th February to 24th February 2018 inclusive, in order to facilitate road and footpath restoration works by the Roads Maintenance Section, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. The proposed diversion route is via Avondale Park-Avondale Road-Cluny Grove-Ballinclea Road or Barnhill Road-Saval Park Road-Dalkey Avenue and vice versa. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and local access will be maintained. Any interested party may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin or email traffic@dlrcoco.ie before noon on 29th January 2018.

ROAD CLOSURES
Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 Temporary Closure of Tivoli Road, Dún Laoghaire Tivoli Road will be temporarily closed at the junction of Eglinton Park from 2nd January, 2018 to 9th January, 2018 inclusive, in order to facilitate excavation works. A Traffic Management Plan with diversion routes will be in operation and local access will be maintained for the full duration of the works.
Section 75, Roads Act 1993 Temporary Closure of St. Fintan’s Park, Deansgrange St. Fintan’s Park will be closed from the end of the green area until the junction St. Fintan’s Park with Abbey Court. This closure is proposed from 9.00 to 5.00pm each day from Wednesday the 03/01/18 to Friday the 02/02/18. Pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times. The proposed diversion routes will be via Abbey Road and Deansgrange Road. A traffic and pedestrian management plan will be in place and diversions will be clearly signposted. The purpose of the closure is to make a foul and surface water connection for the new housing development on Abbey Road.
Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 Temporary Closure of Kelly’s Avenue, Dún Laoghaire Kelly’s Avenue, Dún Laoghaire will be closed to through traffic from its junction with Georges Place to its junction with Crofton Road for the following period: from Tuesday, 2nd January to Friday 12th January 2018. The purpose of the closure is to allow safe movement of materials onto the site of the new Rapid Delivery housing development at George’s Place, Dún Laoghaire. A Traffic Management Plan will be in place and the diversion routes will be clearly signposted. Local Access will be maintained at all times.

Stanford Park Development, Westminster Road, Foxrock ***
Road works for the main foul and storm connections from the development into the main lines on Westminster Road at Cairn Hill junction will take place from 4th January 2018 – 31st January 2018 between 10.00 - 16.00 hrs. Traffic Management: a Stop/Go system will be in place.

Ballinteer Road, Dundrum ***
Stone wall construction, bank formation and tree removal between Lynwood and Ailsbury Lawns will continue between 10:00 and 16:30 hrs in January 2018. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Mapas Road, Dalkey **
Footpath restoration works will continue between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs in January 2018. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Ballinclea Heights, Killiney **
Road repairs will continue on Ballinclea Heights between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. in January 2018. A 4-Way Stop / Go System will be in place.
R118 / Wyattville Dual Carriageway, Cherrywood *** Works are well advanced on the delivery of the first phase of the road infrastructure for the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone by JCL, the joint venture between John Cradock Ltd. and Jons Civil Engineering. This involves major road works along the Wyattville Dual Carriageway, between the M50 Junction 16 and the N11 at Cherrywood. This work is expected to continue until March 2018.

Wyattville Road Pedestrian and Cycle Scheme *** Work commenced on the Wyattville Road Pedestrian and Cycle Scheme on Monday, 8th May 2017 between 08.00 and 18.00 hrs. - Monday to Friday. The scheme involves the upgrade of Wyattville Road between Wyattville Close and Churchview Road and is expected to continue until May 2018. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.
Public Lighting Lantern and Bracket Upgrade Works ** Public lighting lantern and bracket upgrade works will take place on: 1. Kilmacud Road Upper 2. Sandyford Road 3. Deansgrange Road 4. Clonkeen Road 5. Blackthorn Drive 6. Kill Lane/Avenue 7. Enniskerry Road 8. Clonskeagh Road 9. Leopardstown Road 10. Kilmacud Road Lower 11. Cornelscourt Hill 12. Avoca Ave These works will continue until Friday 21st December 2018. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation as required.
