Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 Temporary Closure of Glenamuck Road South
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from Capami Ltd. for a temporary road closure of Glenamuck Road South, Kilternan. The closure is to be from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. from Monday 15 th April, 2019 to Sunday 28th April, 2019. The purpose of the closure is to allow for the installation of a new watermain along Glenamuck Road South, from the junction of the Enniskerry Road to the Rockville Residential Development. A Traffic Management Plan will be in place and diversion routes clearly signposted. Diversion of traffic will be via Ballyogan Road, Kilgobbin Road and Enniskerry Road and vice versa. Local access, during the temporary closure will be via the M50 Motorway direction and access for emergency services will be provided at all times, if required. Any interested party may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin or via email at info@dlrcoco.ie not later than noon on: Friday 5th April, 2019.

Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 Temporary Closure of Shanganagh Road, Shankill Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to temporarily close Shanganagh Road, Shankill from Shanganagh Wood to Common’s Road between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from 22nd April, 2019 to 26th April, 2019 inclusive, in order to facilitate road patching works on Shanganagh Road by the Roads Maintenance Section, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and local access will be maintained. The purpose of the closure is to facilitate Road patching works at Killiney Avenue by the Roads Maintenance Section. Window glass replacement works. Crane Hire Ltd. will be erecting a crane on the Leopardstown Road, between the Luas overbridge and the entrance to Central Park, on Sunday, 24th March between 05:00 am and 12:00 noon to facilitate window glass replacement to the Vodafone offices in Central Park. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Glenageary Road Upper, Glenageary **
Site investigation works will commence on Glenageary Road Upper during week commencing Monday, 25th March 2019 to week ending Friday, 5th April 2019 between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.

Shankill Resurfacing & Footpath Reconstruction**
Footpath reconstruction at Aubrey Park (working hours 9am to 5pm) and Road resurfacing at Shanganagh Road/Rathsallagh junction, Shanganagh Road (at Olcovar), Aubrey Park, Shanganagh Road (between Common’s Road and roundabout to Ballybrack), Shanganagh Road (at roundabout to Ballybrack), Dublin Road (at Shanganagh Cemetry and Crinkin Church) and Shanganagh Road (outside Beechfield Nursing Home) - working hours 10:00 to 16:00 for road resurfacing. Works from Monday 25th March to Friday 5th April 2019. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Balally Drive to Balally Hill, Dundrum **
Concrete road reinstatement works will commence on Monday, 25th March 2019 until Friday, 29th March 2019 between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

One South County Business Park, Leopardstown *
To facilitate the removal of a crane on the two-way road between South County Business Park and the Leopardstown Road on Saturday, 23rd March 2019 until Sunday, 24th March 2019 between 09:00 and 17:00 hrs. A Traffic Management System will be in place.

Maple Avenue/Spruce Avenue/Holly Avenue/Rowan Avenue *
Public lighting column, lantern and cabling upgrade works will continue until Friday 29th March 2019. Working hours 09:00 - 16:00. (Night works if required). A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.

Blackthorn Road, Sandyford *** Storm manhole relocation works as part of the Arkle Road site development will commence on Tuesday, 19th March 2019 until Friday, 29th March 2019 between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
Clonskeagh Road *** from Leinster Lawn to Whitethorn Road Upgrade of pedestrian and cycling facilities along Clonskeagh Road will commence on Monday, 4th March 2019. Permanent Traffic Management will be in place until end of June 2019 with lane closures between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. on weekdays.
Lower Kilmacud Road *** at the junctions of South Avenue and Upper Kilmacud Road Upgrade of existing junctions commenced on Monday, 3rd September 2018. Permanent Traffic Management is in place until end of March 2019.
N11 Cabinteely (closure of bus lane – north bound carriageway only) *** Works will commence on Tuesday, 26th February 2019 to construct a new signalized junction and construction of 135 m of new Druid’s Glen Road until autumn 2019. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
Wyattville Road, Druid Valley, Cherrywood ** Cycle Track improvement works will be undertaken on the Wyattville Road, Druid Valley at bus stop 5047 on Wednesday, 13th March 2019 until Friday, 12th April 2019 between 09:00 and 17:00 hrs. A Traffic Management system will be in place.

N11 – Inbound between Brewery Road and Newtownpark Avenue Junctions ** Upgrading of public lighting columns and lanterns will commence on Monday, 28th January 2019 until Friday, 31st May 2019 (intermittent). Working hours 10:00 – 16:00 and 19:30 – Midnight (if required). A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.
N11 – Outbound between Brewery Road and Newtownpark Avenue Junctions ** Upgrading of public lighting columns and lanterns will commence on Monday, 28th January 2019 until Friday, 31st May 2019 (intermittent). Working hours 10:00 – 16:00 and 19:30 – Midnight (if required). A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.
Windsor Terrace – Dún Laoghaire Baths Redevelopment ** Construction commenced on the redevelopment of the Baths site on Monday, 23rd April 2018. Construction is programmed to be completed by Q1 2020. During March, pier construction and the internal construction of the building will continue. The retaining works to Queen’s Road will be completed and construction on a new sea wall will commence. There should be no Traffic Management restrictions on Windsor Terrace with the exception of the delivery of materials, which will be short term and between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. Monday – Friday.
