The ‘Dunleary’ Lifeboat Restoration Project

Meeting National YC – Monday 22nd May 2017 at 8pm We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organisations to procure and restore the ‘Dunleary’ Lifeboat, which was station in Dun Laoghaire Harbour from 1919 – 1939. She is currently lying in a boatyard in the UK after her private owner passed away. She is due to be broken up for scrap if she cannot find a new home.

The ‘Dunleary’ lifeboat is a valuable part of Dun Laoghaire Harbour and Lifeboat’s history, let’s work together to bring her home.
