Voyage Excellence Awards How to join us on the night The Voyage Excellence Awards are very different this year, but we will still have a fun night, jam-packed full of celebrations and we are so excited to see you virtually! To get you set up and ready on the night, please follow these simple steps 15 minutes prior to the event.

Switch on your camera

Turn on your microphone
Log onto your computer/ phone or tablet and open your internet browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc). Copy this link: https://prsnt.live/voyage-care/excellenceawards and paste it into the long search bar at the top of your browser. You will be prompted to give your full name and email address. You only need to fill out this information, don’t worry about filling out anything else on the screen. Make sure you slide open the web cam cover if you are on a laptop. Also remember to check that the camera icon does not have a line through it. You should be able to see yourself on your screen if the camera is switched on. We will control when you are on mute and when you can be heard but please ensure that your microphone is switched on. If there is a line through the microphone icon, you are on mute and can speak freely. The line will disappear when we take you off mute so please be aware that everyone will then be able to hear you.
