Staff training and progression

Each member of staff will have specific training that is

tailored toward both the needs of the people they support and their own personal development.

All staff are supported to develop their skill and progress. We offer in-house apprenticeships including: • Adult Care Worker Level 2 for support workers. • Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 for current and aspiring senior support workers. • Leader in Adult Care Level 5 for managers.
