Vinaka!

5 Nights

3 Rounds Luxury Resort

Foreword

Ultimate luxury awaits in Fiji. Leave the hustle of your busy life behind and embrace a tranquil path of relaxation, golf and luxury on Fiji’s Coral Coast between 11 - 16 September 2025. Voyages.golf formally invites you to the inaugural Natadola Bay Fiij Classic; a fun-filled event for amateur golfers looking to enjoy the finer things in life.

So the saying goes, eat, sleep, golf, repeat...

Well, our friends at the 5-star Intercontinental are hosting us for this 6-day exercise in relaxation, and there is no better host resort. Just a few minutes from Fiji’s top golf course Natadola Bay, the Intercontinental is 1 hours’ drive from Nadi airport, away from the bustle of Denarau. There are four restaurants oniste excluding the golf clubhouse which has just resumed operations since the pandemic. This is an award-winning Resort with a private beach, separate lagoon and world-class spa. Day trips are available directly from the Resort so you can enjoy each afternoon after golf with a different activity or relaxation. Non-golfers have plenty to look forward to at Fiji’s top resort.

This tournament is five -nights (6 days), with three rounds of golf included, and a free day to relax or enjoy various activities, and an optional extended stay at the Resort with a discounted golf rate for extra rounds. Whilst our trips aren’t competitioncentric, there are some fun prizes to be won & the formats change daily. With two functions and a banquet lunch included, there is no better opportunity than to enjoy one of the top Resort’s in the Pacific than at our inaugural Natadola Bay Fiji Classic.

Natadola Bay Championship Course offers a true test of one’s golfing abilities in a beautiful setting. With uninterrupted views of the Coral Coast, the golf course straddles the beach with waves lapping the coast north and south.

The fourth annual Fiij Golf Week is happening prior to this event (05 - 11 September). Golfers are welcome to attend both events over the 11-night period with 6 nights in Denarau and 5-nights at Natadola, both offer a fantastic points-of-difference. For those just attending Natadola Bay Fiji Classic, there are trip extensions available at the Resort, in Denarau, on different islands and various multi-night cruises. Simply state your plans to our team and we’ll design your dream Fijian Holiday.

Eligibility

This golf tournament is open to anyone and everyone with a registered handicap and home club. As a general guide, we recommend booking this tour based on the following elements to make this trip enjoyable for everyone:

• You should be comfortable in a group environment

• You should be able to understand and speak fluent English

• You should know and understand the rules of golf on and off the course

• Your handicap history must show regular (at least once a month) rounds of golf leading up to the event

If you do not have a registered handicap, you are welcome to join this trip but will not be eligible for prizes. The tournament provides a level playing field based on formal handicaps under the WHS system, but those who want to relax & enjoy their golf without worry of competition are encouraged to sign up & opt out of the tournament. After all, this is your holiday!

Do I have to join the competition?

No, you can opt-out of the competition & enjoy the three rounds at Natadola at your own pace. You will be part of the group & enjoy everything in the tournament without having your name drawn for prizes or even submitting your scorecard.

Our Queenstown Golf Week 2024 was our 3rd trip with Voyages and we have at least two more booked. From the first email to the final goodbye Voyages are exemplary in every aspect. No detail was overlooked and they make you feel so very welcome. The accomodation at the Crowne Plaza was great - perfect central location... the golf courses at Jack’s Point and Millbrook were outstanding and our day trip to Walter’s Peak was amazing...superb BBQ buffet.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Voyages if you want to experience a great golf trip.

Day 2, Golf

Friday 12 September 2025

After breakfast at your leisure, transport will be shuttling you to the golf course for the first round of the Natadola Bay Fiji Classic.

The format today is Individual

Stableford so this is a test of your golfing skills. This golf course is in the World Top 100 and for good reason. It was completely redesigned by Vijay Singh, a Fijian native who is the country’s greatest golfer of all time. The golf course plays artistically with elevation changes, natural valleys, thick vegetation and ancient sandstone rock formations. The wind is almost always a contening factor at Natadola Bay so beware the holes playing into the wind & capitalise on the assisted holes with a tailwind.

Please bring some Fijian Dollars with you to purchase golf balls from the locals. This helps support a nearby village and they offer great value compared to resale rate. You may even find some balls which were lost in our previous events!

Day 3, Rest

Saturday 13 September 2025

Today is all about doing nothing, or everything, depending on your wish. It wouldn’t be a trip to Fiji or one of the top Resorts in the Pacific without a day of rest and relaxation at the Resort.

For those feeling a little more adventurous, there are off-site activities you can do including:

• Fishing trips

• Sailing trips & island beach-club experiences

• Sigatoka River safari

• Bushwalks

• Deep sea diving

• Snorkelling, paddleboarding & surfing

• Cloudnine floating pontoon

• Tivua Island day-cruise

• Visit Port Denarau

• Play Denarau Golf Club

Day 4, Golf

Sunday 14 September 2025

Today we have a special tournament at Natadola Golf Club called Ambrose. If you are not familiar with this style of play, in the U.S. they call it ‘Scramble.’ See FAQ’s in the back of the brochure for an in-depth explanation. This style

of paly is a fun pay to enjoy team golf & builds camaraderie with your fellow golfers.

Afterwards, we have a banquet-style buffet lunch included so sit with your team and enjoy post-round banter for as long as you wish. The views over the course and the Coral Coast are simply astounding.

Day 5, Golf

Monday 15 September 2025

For our final round of golf, we’re back to Individual Stableford where every point counts. Pairings are automatically optimised and you’ll be placed in a group with similar handicaps.

After golf, you can have lunch at the clubhouse or head back to the resort to freshen up prior to dinner.

This evening, you are invited to our official farewell dinner with plenty of food, drink and entertainment to last the night. We’ll provide toast the prize recipients and enjoy a final night together.

Fiji Golf Week 2025

For those who have joined us for previous golf week events, you’ll know that 2025 marks our Fourth Annual Fiji Golf Week. Hosted at the Sheraton Resort in Denarau, the event includes 3 rounds of golf at Denarau and 1 round at the renowned Natadola Bay. All rounds follow the individual Stableford format, and the event spans 7 days.

Staying in Denarau comes with additional perks, including access to neighboring resorts and a wide range of dining options at the Port. Whether you’re considering one event or the other, both offer unique appeal. For a more luxurious, top-tier golfing experience, the Natadola Bay Fiji Classic is the natural choice. For a more laid-back tournament, focused on an introduction to Fiji and its relaxing resort lifestyle, Fiji Golf Week may suit you better.

The truly savvy golfers, of course, will choose both!

Fiji Golf Week 2024

The Golf Course

Natadola Bay Golf Course is one of the most prestigious and breathtaking golfing destinations in the Pacific. Located on Fiji’s main island of Viti Levu, it sits along the stunning Coral Coast, offering panoramic views of the South Pacific Ocean from nearly every hole. Designed by former professional golfer Vijay Singh, a Fijian native, Natadola Bay combines a world-class golf layout with the natural beauty of Fiji.

The championship course opened in 2009 and quickly gained a reputation as one of the finest golf courses in the South Pacific. It features an 18-hole, par-72 layout, spread across rolling landscapes, coral reefs, and beachfront fairways. The course stretches over 6,566 meters (7,150 yards) and offers a challenging yet rewarding experience, with ocean breezes and varied terrain keeping players on their toes.

Natadola Bay is not only known for its natural beauty but also for its challenging design, with undulating greens, strategically placed bunkers, and well-protected fairways. The signature hole, the 4th, is a standout, with the green perched high above the Coral Coast, offering a spectacular backdrop of white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

The course has hosted several professional tournaments, including the Fiji International, part of the ISPS HANDA PGA Tour of Australasia. This has further solidified its status as a world-class destination, attracting professional golfers from around the globe.

Good to Know

Local Currency

It’s important to carry cash on all trips in case of emergencies. Sometimes local services can be down and you may need to pay for a meal with cash rather than card. It is advisable to change some money into Fijian Dollars on arrival to ensure you have some at all times. There is an ATM at the Intercontinental Resort but not the golf club.

Tee-times

Because we are situaed next to the golf course, we’ll tee-off around 08.30 each day which benefits the schedule in two ways. First, it allows more time for afternoon activities or relaxation & allows you to do as much as you want, even catch up on rest with an afternoon nap. Second, it can be quite windy at Natadola golf course in the afternoon so by playing earlier in the morning, we generally avoid this wind & maximise enjoyment on the course.

Resort Activities

There are dozens of resort activities to choose from, as well as day trips to take with pick-ups from the Resort itself.

Resort Dining

Despite being the only resort in the area, the options to dine are surprisingly good. There are four onsite restaurants and we can arrange private dining experiences with your loved one(s) by the beach. It’s important to note that the first and last evenings have dinner included so it’s just three nights of unaccompanied meals which are covered with surplus dining options. Room service is always an option for those wanting private time in-room.
