We can never say it enough—heliskiing is an absolute dream come true. While in the past it may not have always been easily accessible, in recent years, heliskiing has changed both in terms of options and level of difficulty required. It’s also much more affordable than you might think, so why not go for it? As our contributor Marie Duchesneau puts it, skiers often believe that heliskiing is reserved for the elite and that you pretty much have to be a pro athlete to access this kind of terrain. However, the truth is, that heliskiing has adapted to different needs, now making it an option almost any experienced skier can consider. Two types of heliskiing packages are available to you: a multi-day heliskiing package, or a one-day package, which can easily be added to a traditional in-resort package. All intermediate and expert skiers are welcome.
