Tip No 2: Know Who You Want To Date - Take time out and reflect on your non negotiables for dating in 2016, those important things that you will not negotiate on in order to get what you need from love and STICK TO THEM!! It doesn’t matter how hot they are, how near they live, or how funny they might be if a relationship is not on their agenda and hook-ups are not on yours then move on. Tip No 3: – Become More Proactive About Dating- studies have shown that around 40% of people meet through friends, around 20% from social gatherings, 18% at work and 19% from combined online dating/social media. Ask your friends to look out for someone suitable for you, be prepared to see others in the work place as potential soul mates and if you don’t socialise much or are possibly self-employed then don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and consider Online Dating.

Questions Tip No 5: Keep It Real – Be honest with yourself such as what do you want from a relationship and others in order to attract those that can be are quite overwhelming consider asking ...”what real and honest with you. When meeting someone would be your perfect situation for dating”. don’t ask if they are single as the answer could be rehearsed instead ask “is there someone out Tip No 8: Be Prepared To Let Them Know You there who thinks you are their man/lady”. Do this Are Interested – Ladies guys can be as insecure in person so that you can ensure that the truth is as women about their looks, their ability to “pull” obvious. Don’t just presume that someone who is and may miss signs that you’re interested or just on a date has no partner around there are varying think they have no chance. Tip No 9: Don’t Settle - Do not hold onto something that is not meant for you as it means Tip No 7: Choose Do Not Be Chosen – Don’t go that you will be unable to receive what is. You have been on a few dates but it is obvious they on a 1st date thinking I hope they like me. Apcannot give you what you need….invest time and proach it with the concept of finding out if they thought in becoming very clear on your needs and have what it takes for you to like them. Work move on to your next date….there are over 15 million single people in the UK …don’t settle. Tip No 10: Fall Back In Love With Yourself – How you love yourself gives others permission how to love you. There is nothing more attractive than someone who treats themselves well physically and emotionally, in turn that will bring out that treatment from others. If you use abusive selftalk i.e. im too quiet, too boring, too fat, and not very pretty or I don’t know why you’re with me. You can expect your potential partner to respond in behaviour. Falling back in love with yourself is the absolute corner stone to be able to sustain loving someone else.

egardless of if it is a hot date, opening night at the opera, or just a night in the town with the girls, it’s always the right time to accessorize. The best place to start is the windows to your soul, the eyes. Women know what works for them and they know how far a little eyeshadow can go from making their tired eyes seem vibrant and awake. One of the most popular ways to enhance the eye is by creating a smoky eye effect. This covers not only the lid but part of the crease as it makes the eyes pop, looking white, colorful and beautiful.

STEP 1: Prep the eyelid by applying a thin coat of foundation. Concealers may also be used. Either one allows the makeup to stay on longer and have a more dramatic impact.

STEP 2: Take a brush, sweep on a layer of the lightest color

STEP 4: Now, take the slightly darker color and gently cover the middle of your lid fanning

outwards.

STEP 3:

With another brush, smudge along the crease and the socket with the darkest color. This is what gives the smoky eyes its smoldering look.

Take an ultra-dark pencil and trash your lash line. Work from the inside and get thicker toward the end.

To get extra fancy, flick the pencil at the end to give a cat-eye appearance. Alternative step: Draw on the inner rims of your lashes to give the eyes more definition.

STEP 5:

STEP 6 AND 7: With a clean brush, sweep powders to blend in the colors. Line the lower lash line with the dark pencil and brush. Before finishing up, take a fan brush and sweep away excess powder that might have fallen onto the cheek and other areas.

STEP 8 AND 9: Apply a nude shimmer powder or eyeshadow to your brow bone. This will give your eyes a pop effect as well as making you facial

feature stand out.

STEP 10: Give your eyes finish and definition by touching up with dark pencil again. Alternative Step: Take a white eye pencil and line the waterline of your eye.

This makes the eye appear wider and more awake.

STEP 11: Finally, apply two coats of waterproof mascara to complete the look.

right brush is going to make a big difference. Do not use old brushes, as they will not give smooth lines which will lead to discoloration when blending the colors.

The wonderful thing about smoky eyes is that it can go with every occasion. Sometimes, you can go dark and dramatic for a party and other times light and pastel for a summer picnic. Getting smoky eyes doesn’t mean

your eyes should look like they are on fire. It is simply a way to accentuate your eyes and your eyelashes. It can even make you look younger and healthier. The important thing to remember is that using the

WHAT IS YOUR SKIN SAYING ABOUT YOUR INTERNAL ORGANS There are techniques that can read the skin on your face to help determine what’s causing your skin to flare up or have blemishes. “Face mapping,” connects a point on your face to an organ or body part so you know what to treat internally for clear external results. Here are some areas your face may be breaking out or experiencing an issue, and what they say about your health:

FOREHEAD In some cases may mean: Gallbladder and liver issues The forehead is ruled by the nervous system and digestive system, meaning stress and internal stagnation are probably causing breakouts here. Try reducing the amount of processed foods. If you have a lot of processed food in your diet it will reflect through flare up’s on your forehead.

EYES Might mean: joint problems, intestinal issues, thyroid problems Eyes can be particularly telling: Small irises point to joint problems and an increased whiteness in the iris can indicate that joints are in a degenerative state. A spotty iris can mean poor nutrient absorption in the intestine. If you observe a light ring around the iris, cut back on your sugar and salt intake as this indicates that you have an excess of both. A yellowish colour in the eye can indicate a weak liver.

Might mean: intestines, digestions Your lower lip can provide key insights into the functioning of your intestines. Browns spots can mean you may be suffering from indigestion and poor enzyme function, as well as a possibility of parasites or worms in the lower intestine. Adding more probiotics to your diet may help.

Pale lips are often the first sign of anemic onset, so increase your intake of leafy greens and other iron-rich foods. If you’re noticing a distinct bluish tinge on your lips, it may indicate poor oxygen absorption — possibly even a heart condition — and if you’re experiencing breathlessness that goes with it, you definitely want to follow up with your doctor. Finally, discoloration on the lower lip could indicate a possible disorder in the intestines, while discolorations on the edges of your lips may indicate a kidney issue.

This could be happening because you’re eating too many processed foods, and sometimes even due to the overuse of vitamins . Focus on clean whole foods high in vitamins, iron and folic acids.

In Italy I lived with a family and a member of that family was a music teacher who encouraged me to go for breathing exercise, I also learned from an opera singer who taught me how to sing my way. I eventually got married and raised my family and the at 40 i decided i wanted to do my first album which was called ‘Sweet Surrender’ I write most of the album and to my surprise it got a GEM award presented by David and Kerry Grant. It was sponsored by the BBC and attracted a lot of attention and the BBC has supported me ever since then.
