Introduction

Peponi School is a first class, independent, co-educational boarding school. As a boarding school, we encourage the majority of our pupils to board.

Weekly Boarder

Peponi School supports every pupil on their journey as they grow and flourish. We believe that an individual’s potential to thrive is intrinsically bound with their well-being and therefore acknowledge that we need to ensure that all pupils lead happy lives surrounded by kindness, trust and a feeling of safety.

A pupil who boards from Monday to Friday, with his/her own allocated bed and study area, maximum two per room. Laundry (school uniform only), and all meals during the week are included in the fee. Weekend stays are possible at a cost; this will be billed at the end of term. Transport to and from school is included.

Day Pupil

We offer three pupil status at Peponi School:

Full Boarder

A pupil who normally boards 7 days a week with his/her own allocated bed and study area, maximum two per room. Laundry, transport, all meals and weekend activities are included in the fee*.

A day pupil goes home at the end of the scheduled school day. Lunch is provided. Breakfast and/or supper and evening prep can be taken at an additional daily charge. A day pupil is allocated a shared room in the Boarding house. School Transport is included to and from school each day.

*Occasional special events may incur an extra charge

Pupil Status

A sibling discount of 5% for the second child and 10% for subsequent siblings is offered on the above day/tuition fees.

The discount is available across Peponi Schools, with full fees applicable to the eldest child with discount in age order.

Additional Information

There shall only be one fee increase per annum. For parents’ convenience, invoices are raised termly to ease cash flow pressure.

If you would prefer monthly payments please let the Registrar know, as this can be arranged.

A pupil’s status may be changed with discussion and appropriate notice.

We maintain the principle that our fee structure is inclusive of all important charges. Extra fees are kept to a minimum.

Music – As arranged with the Music Teacher

Any examinations fee associated with activities. Examination charges are usually invoiced at the end of the previous term

Any coaching from those outside the School

Weekly boarders or day pupils staying extra nights charged at KES. 7,500 per night. Invoiced termly.
