The EcoSmart™ Fire is an Australian innovation - an environmentally friendly open fireplace. The EcoSmart™ Fire is flue less and does not require any installation or utility connection for fuel supply, which makes it ideal for just about any architectural environment. Fuelled by a renewable modern energy (Denatured Ethanol), it burns clean and is virtually maintenance free. Burner Kit The EcoSmart™ Burner is the core product of the EcoSmart™ Fire being the chamber that houses the fuel. It offers ultimate flexibility due to its modular design.

It can be installed into any setting that complies with our Compulsory Installation and Clearance Specifications.

The life of the fire is determined by the amount of fuel in the burner, and once it has burnt, there is nothing to clean or clear. The fire is out, ready for you to refuel and restart once the burner has cooled. You can turn the burner on and off as desired, and control the intensity of the flame through its built in regulatory mechanism. This feature allows you to control the amount of heat being generated and the quantity of fuel used.

Renovator Range The Renovator Range offers a selection of stainless steel zero clearance fireboxes that can be fitted by your builder into any combustible or non combustible surface material. These models offer you the flexibility to incorporate the EcoSmart™ Fire into an existing closed off fireplace or to build them into a feature wall.

Accessories The EcoSmart™ Fire is accompanied by an operational system that ensures the safe use of the EcoSmart™ Fire. Every aspect of operation from decanting the fuel, lighting the flame, regulating the flame to extinguishing the flame has been thought through and accessorised in order to control the method of operation.

All models come with a manual, lighter, lighting rod and jerry can. Our accessories have expanded to include a range of supporting safety elements to suit those with children or pets, and for use in public spaces.

Environmentally Friendly Ethanol is an absolute alcohol, produced by the fermentation of sugars originating from agricultural and forestry products; mainly sugarcane, potatoes, bananas, beetroot and recently from cereals such as wheat. In accordance with various global regulations Ethanol (100% alcohol) cannot be sold in its purest form to avoid human consumption. Ethanol producers de-nature ethanol with various substances for re-sale purposes and it is then called Denatured Ethanol.

Denatured Ethanol is completely composed of biological products resulting in a neutral ecological balance (greenhouse compliant). The combustion of Ethanol (also called Ethyl Alcohol C2H5OH) results in a clean emission: Heat, Steam and Carbon Dioxide. Denatured Ethanol burns just as clean.

The initiative of using denatured ethanol as an energy source for heating is a unique offering in the market.
