The safety of each one of our members, their guests, and the public at the Elks National Convention, which will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, from July 3 to July 6, is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, the Elks National Convention Commission is working very closely with the Georgia World Congress Center and the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau to provide everyone involved in this year’s National Convention with a safe and healthy experience. Convention COVID-19 Guidelines and Precautions Safety measures and plans are constantly evolving to provide the safest event possible; however, please be aware that the convention will observe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities’ recommendations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety measures and precautions. All convention attendees are recommended to:

• wear face masks when in public convention spaces. • practice effective social distancing by always remaining six feet from others. The convention commission will also request that all convention attendees: • wash their hands frequently throughout the duration of the convention. • monitor their own health daily to be alert for known symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, and shortness of breath. DO NOT ATTEND CONVENTION EVENTS IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS. preregister for the convention and make event reservations on the Elks.org website.
