Step 1: Member logs on and makes purchase. Member receives this “congratulations - order pending” email.

Step 2: Your dealership will recieve an emailed notice to alert of new B4B order. Dealer logs onto B4B from link in email.
Note: It is possible for B4B emails to be sent to several addresses at your Dealership. To do this log on to B4B using your dealer code. Click “CHANGE ACCOUNT DETAILS” Add email addresses NOTE: White’s tax invoice for B4B “DELIVER” orders will be emailed to ONLY the ONE address we hold for your Dealership in your WHITES account.

Step 3: Orders page opens Select order with status ‘NEW’ By clicking on the “Details” icon
This is the new order for processing. Note your customers name not shown

Step 4: Transact credit card payment using credit card details and order value displayed 1)

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED - Click “payment processed” button
This: 1)Confirms your dealerships responsibility to collect payment from your customer. 2)Sends an irrevocable Sprint3 order for the goods to Whites. 3)Authorises Whites to ship the goods to your customer.
CREDIT CARD DECLINED – Click “credit card declined” button Note: Bank deposit option removed

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED – full order details appear (as shown below) CREDIT CARD DECLINED – appropriate message auto emailed to your customer
