Private Music Lessons

Bob Halat - Zoom Individual virtual lessons are designed to help you achieve your musical needs and ambitions. Lesson times range between 3:15-6:45pm with each lesson consisting of 30 minutes. If you are a first-time musician, trying to get back in tune, or are looking to further your musical ability, this is a great opportunity for you. Cooking with Staci Joers 14+yrs Instructor Staci Joers has an Associate’s Degree from MATC in Restaurant and Hotel Cooking. She has had the privilege of working with many great chefs. Staci will demonstrate how to prepare these recipes and you will observe and sample. Please note, this is not a hands-on cooking series. Staci Joers cooking classes are held at the Recreation Center. A withdrawal from these cooking classes must be done at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class or no refund will be granted.

Cordon Bleu - A Culinary Classic National Chicken Cordon Bleu Day is annually observed on April 4th. This day is about a special dish combining chicken, ham and cheese. The earliest recipe known for Cordon Bleu was in March 1964 found in the Cincinnati Enquirer by Stanley Demos. The tasting menu is Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon Cream Sauce, Duchess Potatoes and Asparagus with Classic Hollandaise Sauce. Code 106000.04

Adult Jragons Martial Arts Jason “Jragon’’ Jordan - Recreation Center Learning never ends in martial arts, so why stop now? Try a combination of taekwondo, kickboxing and basic jiu-jitsu. Steak

Salsa and Bachata Dance

May is National Beef Month, so Staci is going to prepare you one of the most popular cuts of steak...Sirloin! We will pair the beef with a few sides which will prepare you for the summer grilling season. You will taste Classic Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing, Coffee-Rubbed Sirloin Steak, Homemade Fries with Chipotle Ketchup and a Raspberry Tart.

Jason Jordan - Recreation Center Find the rhythm and timing of the music! Introductory techniques, footwork and dance positions of salsa and bachata will be taught. Enjoy the fun and easy dance patterns that include single right/left turns, cross body leads, back breaks and turns. No class 3/31, 4/7.
