Deep Sea Brews is a beer company that releases limited runs of brews each month. The design on the cans is inspired by classic nautical style tattoo work to fit the hand-done approach taken in crafting the beers. The design language aims to create a unique take on beer can art to help it stand out on the shelves, and to give a home-grown feel to cut through the minutua of micro-brewery artwork

Trig Racing

Trig Racing is an edutainment app that teaches kids, 8-12 years-old, math through cars and racing. The design aims to feel fast, and moving to help aid in the racing theme. The illustrations are photorealistic, to help add to the realism of the game play. The math is almost subverted throughout to allow the audience to feel like they are playing a racing game rather than a math game.

cMore Solutions is a small company that saw the void in representation that doctors have against insurance companies. The Company aims to get doctors the rates of reimbursement that they deserve for their work, by negotiating contracts with insurance companies. The logo is a monochromatic blue to help illustrate that they stay calm under the pressure of negotiation, with a circle surrounding it to illustrate the cyclical nature of a negotiation.

The Future of Motorsport The Future of Motorsport is a type specimen book for the Font Avenir created by Adrian Frutiger in the early 1980’s. The concept for the book was to style it as an M Series BMW Owner’s Manual to best showcase the typeface, and provide a fresh period look to revive the typeface. The design language is inspired by Swiss Style Design to help illustrate the font, and font family.

Dawn Patrol

Dawn Patrol combines a surfers two favorite things, affordable prices, and fresh coffee to get before they paddle out. The design language represents the homie vibe of someones favorite shop, with an outdoorsie feel. The use of a slab-serif helps make logo feel classic, and relateable. The coffees’ names harken back to classic surf breaks in the St. Augustine area to help relate the brand back to the local area.

Brother Surf Crafts Brother Surf Crafts is a small homegrown surf brand started by two brothers Dave and Tom Bracht. The two of them chased thier dream to begin creating surf boards and thier own unique style within the surf industry. Tom shapes the board, and Dave glasses them. The design language reflects this homegrown, hand-done ideology the brand follows and reinforces those concepts. The hand drawn font and texture on the visual helps to aid the hand done nature of the product Brother Surf Crafts aims to produce.

PSA Ad Campaign This ad campign seeks to shine a light on an underrated issue within socitey, Alcoholism. Alcoholism is one of the leading causes of death in the US, and many people consider it much less of an illness than it actually is. The campaign hopes to provide imagery that not only relates to those who suffer from this disease but to allow insight for others on what it feels like to experience Alcoholism. The ads seek to convey the idea of drowning which is an emotion associated with Alcoholism.

Hilin

HiLin (High Line) is a modern take on a classic surf necessity, surf wax. The design seeks to create a new look on surf wax packaging and design. HiLin is a 100% eco-friendly brand, all the packaging is sourced from recycled cardboard and the inks are soluable water based inks so if the packaging gets left behind, there will be no trace of it left environmentally, once it biodegrades. Also, the packaging uses a new method to make getting the wax out of the box easier.
