CALL FOR APPLICATIONS Financial Management and Grants Reporting Training for CSOs 21-24 March, 2016 at the WACSI Training Centre, Accra, Ghana The West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) is inviting applications for a 4-day training course in Financial Management and Grants Reporting for civil society organisations (CSOs). WACSI has specifically designed this course to enable CSOs to take effective actions to ensure that their limited resources are used effectively while implementing programmes. The training will also help to maintain budgetary control in line with an organisation’s financial management procedures. It will look at essential financial management procedures, financial accountability and control mechanisms that are paramount to effective operational management. The course will provide CSOs with effective resource management and build the confidence of CSO staff in managing and reporting on institutional donor grants to meet donors’ financial terms and conditions. The cost of each is $450 (Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars only), payable before Wednesday, March 02, 2016 to be eligible to participate in the training. Participants willing to take part in both courses will pay 950 USD respectively. If two or more attendees come from the same organisation, they will pay 420USD per course, per participant respectively.
