Furniture Project: Merge This project was centered around the idea of merging two materials, metal and wood, in the context of constantly merging materials in the built environment. The development of a side table sized piece emerged and proportions and structural details were explored and ultimately built. It was a great experience working with materials learning to completely make a piece of furniture from design to completion.

String Theory seeks to foster the appreciation of stringed instruments and classical music while promoting an environment of exploration by blending the two vibrant worlds of children’s pop culture and traditional classical music. It will also create unique potential for the community by exposing them to this and showing them the importance of music as part of a child’s education.
