For me, fall 2021 is about feeling good! Nothing feels better than a luxurious cashmere sweater on a crisp fall or winter day. Pair that with salvaged denim-colored jeans and the right shoe. If it’s really cold, a cashmere Loro Piana Storm System coat will keep any chill away—rain or shine. We look forward to seeing you!

The pandemic has forced many people to hit the fashion reset button. They’re going back to classic styles in formalwear, suits and sportswear. As people slowly return to the office, travel and dinners with friends, they want fashions that flow across these environments. I like dressy jeans in fashion colors by Teleria Zed, sport shirts by Stenströms and elevated sneakers by Magnanni.

Now that we are gathering for celebrations again, a large focus has been on formalwear. A black Trussini tuxedo with a black bow tie is classic formal elegance. On the other hand, an Etro paisley velvet dinner jacket and a crisp white Stenströms shirt are a fun and festive formal look. If you get an invitation to a black tie optional event but don’t want to wear a tuxedo, you can dress up a navy suit with a formal shirt and bow tie, and you will fit right in!

The outlook for the fall is color! Sweaters and sportcoats will be dominated by vibrant shades of blues, teals and greens. That combined with subtle denim and various washes of casual pants will make the fall season extremely memorable.

I’m looking forward to seeing the textures of fall fabrics and colors layered together. The Gran Sasso quarter-zip cashmere sweater is the perfect piece—layer it with a Etro or Trussini sportcoat. The look—and feel—is modern and classic at the same time.

Fall is my favorite time of year. This weather is the best for outdoor activities when I can wear activewear from Vince and Sol Angeles. When I’m not enjoying the great outdoors, I like to layer a sweater vest with a sportcoat. My favorite colors are earth tones with more dramatic burgundies, greens and blues. Colored jeans can complement the sportcoat or create a sexy and sophisticated monochromatic look.
