Daniel Hickson
A super-sized American dream come true
Daniel Hickson
When he was a teenager, Daniel Hickson had a poster of a 1990 Cadillac Brougham on his bedroom wall and made it his goal to own one some day. The Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham was a luxury car manufactured by Cadillac from 1977 through 1986. In 1987, the Fleetwood Brougham name was shortened to simply Brougham, with production continuing through 1992 with only minor updates. Daniel specifically picked the “d’Elegance” model which has full electrics and all the mod cons and comforts to keep my wife happy on road trips.” Sourced originally from Japan in 2016, Daniel purchased it nine months ago. The vehicle is a freshly rebuilt 5.0 4 speed on the tree six seater, with updated Holley sniper carb, Coker high wall white walls, custom exhaust to a side dump pipe, lowered suspension, and custom musical air horn.
“It is a perfect mix of being ultra-reliable and extremely temperamental, with a huge supersized American personality,” says Daniel.
