Many piano students seem challenging with their practice. You may think because you are the beginner and you don始t know the effective practice method? I would like to introduce the simple ideas those anybody can do before your actual piano practice. You may imagine this in the easy way. It始s the well thought preparation like the cooking chefs or moms do normally. They will buy the glossaries,organize them on the counter or the inside of the refrigerator, and set up the tools and equipment handy in the kitchen before they really start cooking. So, you will prepare the few things and your piano learning will accelerate much faster. If you did this prep work good enough, 80% of your practice has done. What? A Silly Idea Works! 1 Adding the note names on the keyboard The first silly idea it really works is simply adding the note names to your keyboard. If you look at the computer keyboard, it has the letter names on the each keys. Can you imagine if it didn始t have any letters? It takes forever to learn to type one word. Pianists and keyboard players figure the note names from where the set of two black keys and three black keys are. Then we know where the seven notes of white ones are C-D-E-F-G-A-B or Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Si along with the five black keys. But this one unit of twelve keys is not only one set but five or six or seven sets depending on the keyboard or piano (88 keys-seven sets and the extra three keys are the standard acoustic pianos). It seems childish? But it works. It始s a training wheel for the piano beginners.

One: make (cut) a piece of tape to the width of the size of key Two: attach it to the key Three: mark the note name on the tape with the marker Four: on the black keys use the white paper to write on to be visible Notes; One: do it for the middle area or the notes you are going to use only (you donʼt have to do this to every keys) Two: once you think you can grab the notes easy without them, just take the tape out. Three: you can use different colors for the each note and color the notes on the piano music sheet to match,if you want.
