Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Creating a diverse, inclusive and welcoming environment for the Wake Forest Business School Community requires our collective commitment to live by values that upload the dignity and humanity of every person.

In partnership with the University, the Wake Forest School of business launched in 2020 R.I.D.E., Realizing Inclusion, Diversity and Equity to ensure a learning environment where:

Diversity is appreciated, cultivated, and effectively leveraged in ways that affirm the inherent value in differences of identity, and individual intersections of identities.

Inclusion is prioritized, to enable individuals and groups, particularly those historically marginalized, to feel a sense of full belonging and more equitable access to support and opportunities.

Values for multiculturalism and intercultural effectiveness are taught, developed, and celebrated as key elements of effective business leadership in today’s marketplace.
