It’s home to more than 850 native and exotic animals, from tigers, primates, and African elephants to California natives like grizzly bears, jaguars, and mountain lions. Watch animal feedings, ride the Outback Adventure train, or soar over animal habitats on the Sky Ride, then eat at Landing Café, reachable by aerial gondola. Oakland Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and is dedicated to the humane treatment of animals and wildlife conservation, with 50 cents from every admission going to conservation programs worldwide.
