The museum building is split mainly for 2 uses that is emerging media and for production. The structure is of a strip bending piling folding itself to create a floor with each change of direction the ribbon enfolds a production or presentation space on trying to combine the different users with activities and speeds. The building is simple and seems light weight with a lot of openness and high end infrastructure. The building is dedicated to exploring - through the vehicle of new technologies - the connection between science and art. The interlaced production and the presentation programs each have distinct physical attributes: while the production spaces require an even distribution of natural light and artificial light for day/night work, the exhibition spaces require a high degree of light control and sound isolation. Effectively these requirements necessitate that the fluid spaces of exhibition and the fluid spaces of production each constitute a discrete building: one filled with light and one that can be darkened. The levels of these buildings appear to be "shuffled together" like a deck of cards, their qualities put into relief on the facade.

After seeing and comparing all the softwares I came to the conclusion of using Bonzai 3d as it has a flexible and user friendly interface, building and bending surfaces by making NURBS surfaces to generate the building in way that one can go ahead with more variations too is one of the main features why I decide to make this as my first choice. Using Alibre as second software to unbend nbend the surfaces s rfaces didn’t work ork as Alibre has parameters which are not so flexible. So my final option was to take it in Autocad 2010 as the the smoothening and meshing of the building can be done as the final step.

Open Bonzai 3d and study all the tools

Step 1 - Begin with drawing surfaces

Step 2 - After drawing the surfaces ensuring they are in the same plane Convert each of the surfaces to NURB surface.

Step 3 - Select the two edges of the surfaces to be bent and use the N Blend tool to create a bent surface.

Step 4 – Repeat the same procedure.

Step 5 – Continue drawing the Surfaces and move them to Create floor.

Step 6 – Use N Blend tool to join the surfaces and the curvature of the surface can be changed

Step 7 – Drawing the surfaces in same plane and move them Each command has tutorials and short commands on the Top bar .

Step 8 – Progress of the model .

Step 9 – Select the 2 surfaces and then convert them to Nurb surfaces From just being objects .

Step 10 – Select the 2 edges after converting them to Nurb surfaces Then use Nblend tool to connect the surfaces with giving the curvature Which can be adjusted with tools on the right hand side.

Step 11 – This is the result of the commands.

Step 12 – Continue to build the model.

Step 13 – After finishing one side of the built form Begin the other side the same way by generating Surfaces.

Step 14 – Draw in the same plane and move the Surface in order to connect the surfaces.

Step 15 – Convert objects to N surfaces.

Step 16 – Select the edges and use Nblend to Combine the surfaces.

Step 17 – Continue to draw the surfaces and Keep converting the objects to Nurb surfaces.

Step 18 – to create angled surfaces placing the Ucs at the angle it will automatically create an Angled surface.

Step 19 – Convert surfaces to Nurb Surfaces.

Step 20 – Use the command Nblend and if need be one can adjust the curvature to the center or the by giving a reference point.

Step21 – Overall model , on the right hand side every surfaces has been given a number just like layers in any other software.

Step22 – After the model is ready the required Thickness needs to be given By using 3d extrusion command this can be controlled by using the controls on the right hand side.

Step23 – Result of extrusion , curvature being selected as center of scene.

Step24 – Result of extrusion for the Nblend curve, curvature being selected as center of scene.

Step25 – Continue the extrusion and continue the blending the surfaces.

Step26 – Open the model in Alibre since it is a trial version not all stages Of export import don’t work but after putting the model use the unbend Tool in order to open the strip.

Step27 – Open the model in Autocad 2010 in order to mesh the surface and smoothen the surfaces and edges of the model.

Step28 – Use the command refine mesh as it increases the number of editable Surfaces providing additional controls.

Step 29 – convert to mesh .

Step30 - convert nonmesh objects to mesh objects before the smoothness of The surfaces takes place .

Step31 - Final step of while meshing takes place .

Step32 - Final model after the smoothness of the strip takes places .
