Yesterday Once More
——Crater memorial park design
This war is ending but leaving shocking scars to the ancient city and indelible pain to the citizen. By designing a crater memorial park, people who have suffered from the war can have a spiritual place of sustenance and memory to regain their longing for a better life in the future. It can also trigger rethinking towards war and calling for peace.

PRAY
The overall shape of the crater memorial square symbolizes the shooting sight. When people going down into the sinking space, as if falling into the abyss and feel afraid. Some crater remain there, warning people to oppose war and call for peace. The reflection of the tree in the middle will rotate as the sun. Over time, the tree will gradually grow taller, representing the vitality of rebirth after the war.
The memorial square is surrounded by tall trees, creating a quiet atmosphere. The road is divided into two parts from the middle, like a split wound, representing the damage caused by the war. It has end to represent people realize that the war should be over completely, and the lampposts on both sides of the road symbolize candles to pray for the dead.
RETHINK Drip irrigation
HOPE
The city memorial hall reused the original historic building ruins on the site, combined with crystal columns, like connect reality to dream, to remind people of the glorious city in history. Besides, the crystal column used drip irrigation to grow vine plants. As the vines growing, the structure would be covered vibrant greens, to symbolizes hope and healing.
Water is the source of life. Using the original terrain of the crater, to create a sinking hydrophilic space. The water pool encloses tourists, and closer position makes people contact water. Water lamps on the water symbolize hope. Created a healing space, calming people's hearts.

The whole building takes the ship as the source of design and evolves into the current form. It symbolizes the huge ship that is about to sail, and slowly sails into the distance. Through the connection with the original pier, the building and the landscape are integrated and complement each other.
The two swimming pools are paddling pool and swimming pool, which are relatively isolated from the outdoor open water but have a certain degree of connection. It maintains the characteristics of natural waters and has certain safety.
The abandoned wharf was transformed into a runway, making full use of the original conditions of the site.
The court is changed into a water-containing place, to simulate the underwater space, which increases the interest of the gray space.
The aerial stage, with the sea as the background, should be used as a space for students activities, so that students can fully feel the atmosphere of the ocean.
