建筑采用简洁的体量形式打造高效、简洁的商务园区形象,同时简洁的形式也凸显园区的整体性,主要墙面为浅灰色石材及节能幕墙系统,通透灵动,光影 丰富。底层通过架空营造入口空间,使每栋楼都具有礼仪性的入口,打造具有归属感的领域。建筑内部通过中庭、边厅及庭院的处理,创造出灵活多变的内 部空间,打造高端大气、简洁明快的办公环境,同时为办公人员创造交流的场所,契合研发办公的主题。

The core of the space is exactly the core of the entire landscape of the park, and four minor secondary landscape courtyards are formed on the basis of this core landscape. These four cou即ards and the main landscape are mutually dependent and inseparable. The motor vehicle traffic on the land appears in a half-ring shape, and is peripherally laid, so as to reduce motor vehicle traffic volume inside, and realize the division dynamic and static zones to the most extent. On the premise of land scape coming first, the possibility of motor vehicle reaching the entrance of the building is considered for each building.

琴湖片片区地处古城区东面面,占地面面积约为89公顷。该片片区位于常熟主城区的中部,常熟市虞山山镇琴湖管理区管辖范围内,西面面紧邻古城区,对 于疏解古城压力力以及保护古城有着重要意义;南面面跨过白白苑塘为花溪片片区,东面面为昆承片片区,都是规划建设中的两大大居住片片区;北面面为 规划中的城市商贸文文化及行行政中心心。西南侧为常熟招商城。

总体交通流线组织 基地只有一个车辆出入口及一条人行小径能够抵达。位于山谷之 中,有曲径通幽之感。主要车型出入口位于基地东南面,希望能 够尽量把公共空间留给参观者,因此,道路设计单独考虑参观车 辆入库流线,大部分车流进入基地首先向西进入覆土停车场,少 量临时停车可行至主入口落客,再离开基地。建筑外围有环路, 青砖铺地,为步行使用。做到步行流线与车行流线不交叉。
双鱼岛内湾景观设计
以“城市中的郊野”为总体风格,以回归自然为设计理念,通过运用植物的色彩、古朴的材料、精致的工艺突出绿色、金黄色的基调,打造低调质朴、具有显 著植物景观特色和休闲健身功能的生态观海长廊。
漳州招商局经济技术开发区双鱼岛位于厦门湾南岸 ,九龙江出海口以南,与台湾的大、小金门隔海相望。距漳州中心城区 约40公里,距厦门岛约5公里,交通联系,通达便捷,双鱼岛位于开发区的中心位置,属二区大盘浅滩范围内。总用地面 积约221.67公顷。 漳州招商局经济技术开发区双鱼岛位于厦门湾南岸 ,九龙江出海口以南,与台湾的大、小金门隔海相望。距漳州中心城区 约40公里,距厦门岛约5公里,交通联系,通达便捷,双鱼岛位于开发区的中心位置,属二区大盘浅滩范围内。总用地面 积约221.67公顷。

The Island has been developed a distinct height order, high in west and low in east. The high-rise and super high-rise buildings mainly center in the west, while the middle and low-rise buildings cente 「 in the east. The overall planning of this island is of layer type, which means that the height of both sides of the main road is relatively high, decreasing progressively towards both sides, in which way a good ocean view is formed for people to share the landscapes of inner bay and open seas.
