In December, the overall contracts signed decreased by 15 21%, with an average of 118 days on the market Resale co-ops saw an 8 93% increase in contracts signed and a 2.09% increase in dollar volume. Resale condos experienced a 23.81% drop in contracts signed, while the average price increased by 4.73%. There were decreases in both average price per square foot and dollar volume by 5 79% and 20 21%, respectively
