Hello and good Day Friends,  I must say that I feel  this publishing platform is the perfect forum for cruising a world consciousness, and finding common grounds, and not so common as well. I did enter the world of zines as I have enjoyed the many different manifestations in presentation that zine writers employ. Zines are a personal heart to heart in plain script on copy paper or ornately dressed with artworks and photos.  Zines are usually short and to the point, and that is what has drawn me to them. They are the perfect vehicle for short lessons and commentary. They are like private letters giving you a glimpse of the author's life experience. So for my first work here I presented my first zine. I will also be publishing my processes in the art of pastels and all subjects that call me to write about them.  Books and magazines have always served me by breaking artistic blocks and bringing the greater world of art into to my personal space.   Words and visuals, melodic sound, they were always a must for me. Now it is my time to give back and hopefully inspire. Time to sit with a good read is precious these days, with so much new in media to catch our eyes and ears. Everything is so fast pace we must keep up. But a book or words, that time must be taken for, has made a sharp return.  It is at once relaxing and allows for our own pace.  Time to discover and enjoy once more. Looking Forward, Cynthia Marie.
