Another remarkable year (2018-19) for the University of Warwick Chess Society. 160+ Members Largest British University; Chess Society 3-Time British University Chess (BUCA) Champions; Leading European University Chess Society - 10th EUSA Championships; 2020 Birmingham Winners 2018; CDCL Champions; Aside from our competitive successes, we have had a thriving chess club full of events - inviting GM Keith Arkell, and previously super GM Anish Giri, hosting our 2nd Warwick Rapidplay with live boards, Regular thursday clubnights - leading to our membership numbers improving year on year. Our outreach and chess in schools is constantly growing and we have more volunteers and opportunities than ever.
