Lisa Anderson, MBA, CSCP, CLTD LMA Consulting Group, Inc. Lisa Anderson is the founder and president of LMA Consulting Group Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in manufacturing strategy and end-toend supply chain transformation that maximizes the customer experience and enables profitable, scalable, dramatic business growth. Sha has been named in the Top 46 most influential in Supply Chain by SAP, a Top 40 B2B Tech Influencer by Arketi Group and a Top 50 ERP Influencer by WashingtonFrank. She recently published, Future-Proofing Manufacturing & Supply Chain Post COVID-19, an eBook on successfully emerging and thriving post COVID-19. She is a regular content contributor on topics including successfully scaling with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), digitizing the supply chain, and reconfiguring supply chain strategy post COVID and is regularly interviewed and quoted by publications such as Industry Week, Bloomberg, and the Wall Street Journal. Prior to founding LMA Consulting Group Inc., Lisa was the Vice President of Product Supply of PaperPak, a private equity backed global healthcare products manufacturer. Panel Discussion Kathy Bishop Jireh Semiconductor, Inc. Kathy Bishop is currently the Human Resources Director for Jireh Semiconductor, Inc. located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Kathy attended Portland Community College and after starting her career in HR obtained a Bachelor’s of Science from Portland State University. Kathy’s career in Human Resources (HR) has spanned over thirty (30) years and has focused on HR in Manufacturing establishments. Kathy has joined forces with several local manufacturing companies with the support of the City of Hillsboro to try to encourage students and others to recognize the career opportunities that manufacturing companies offer. This and her current mission at Jireh of “Bringing Manufacturing Back to the United States Profitably” will continue to drive Kathy’s action in support of the many hard working individuals in manufacturing.
Brian Osborn, PhD JSR Micro Brian Osborn, PhD is the Manufacturing Director at JSR Micro’s newest facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Brian got his start at AMD and Spansion before moving to a career at JSR, where he has worked in R&D, QC, Engineering and Manufacturing. Overseeing the construction and opening of the new JSR Hillsboro factory has been Brian’s most exciting professional endeavor yet! Brian believes in safety, quality and output, and puts great emphasis in building strong relationships in the workplace and community. He has a strong reputation among his team, peers and colleagues for his honesty, integrity and passion for innovation. In his free time, Brian enjoys motorcycling, building PCs, gaming and spending time with his family.
