FROM EYAL DIRECTLY on Dubois-Depraz letter This is NOT my affair, I do not make the watches, I do not repair the watches, I simply sell them based off of the info given to me. In this instance I am stepping in for Eyal and posting a response for him until he can come here and do it himself. Family commitments prevent him from doing this right now. Eyal is my friend, and I will stand behind him. This is why I have volunteered to post this in his abscence. Here is Eyal's response from the text message we shared moments ago: "Tell them that you called me, and that these movements ARE 100% Dubois-Depraz. I am traveling and cannot attend to this until Monday for obvious reasons, but I will be attending to this issue with them." Folks, all I can do is relay the message, and I have done so. Take it at face value, and let's allow Eyal some time to deal with D-D, with the legitimacy of this supposed letter, and come back to us with his full & detailed response. __________________

I have received additional info that I believe to be true. As I understand it, the letter posted was real. The letter itself appears to be genuine, although until Eyal has contacted D-D, none of the information within it can be verified. I believe that Mr. Becker is acting on all info available to him, and acting in the best interests of his company. Again, I am only trying to wade through the data and relay the facts as I am exposed to them. Mr. Becker does seem to have written this email, and at this point all we can do is let D-D and Invicta work through this and issue their own statements. __________________

Just got a new email from Eyal, and once again he says that this will be resolved tomorrow when there is someone avalaibl at D-D to speak to (this is the weekend after all).

He is aware of all of the new "updated" responses from D-D passed around here and other forums, and he will be contactin

them directly tomorrow. Until then, perhaps we can curtail the speculation? We hear one thing from the CEO of one company, and another thing from a representative of the other, and each contradict the other, so until we hear a resolution from both parties, it's impossible for us to know what's going on because NONE OF US are directly involved.

I'm not sure why, but I see some folks angry that Eyal is not responding here. Yes we know the internet works while you're traveling, and the internet works on weekends... and all the other smart-aleck comments.... but Eyal runs a substantial company, and is not going to fire off a public response until he has dealt with the issue at its source with Dubois-Depraz. Only after discussing things with them will there be any answers for you. __________________
