Warranty what warranty?

Got a new Sub III on Thurs. ,went online to regester my for my 5 year extended warranty,But when it came to the model # mine had a F prefix withthe 4 digit number, put in the number, and at the end it regestered as a womens Wildflower,Called customer service and talked to Nadia, she said this happens,Well she told me the regestration did'nt go thru, that I would have to fax them the reciept,I then aske her how many watches were being shown as regestered,my computer screen shows 19......Her's ...1, ONE WATCH REGESTERED out of 19 Invictas purchased. I'm Sorry but every time I've regestered a watch I've recieved a E-Mail confirming this, she said that was what her records showed, NICE..NOW WHAT NO WARRANTY? WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW THIS FEELS...JUST MY 2CENTS FOR TODAY....Matt Last edited by cookie7; 06-12-2010 at 01:57 PM. Reason: correction

I'd say you're going to be just fine. __________________

Try calling again Matt. Maybe Nadia entered your info incorrectly. In any event, you can print out your registration screens or the e-mails of your registered watches and if you need to send one in for service, send in this information as well as a copy of your receipt, that should cover you. I really would not worry about this until you need to, you may never need warranty service. R __________________

Been in that boat before,Service was done on my watch, but getting a response by e-mal or phone was a nightmare. Luckly Invicta's are Great watches for the most part,Was'nt really worried about the warranty,it was the headache I'll have when i need it....I'm better Now Thanks...Matt cookie7 View Public Profile Send a private message to cookie7 Find all posts by cookie7 Add cookie7 to Your Contacts #8 07-12-2010, 03:00 PM Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Virginia Posts: 739

Every time I register a watch on their site, I print out a hard copy of the registration, staple it to the receipt, and file it away. __________________ Quote:

WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW THIS FEELS...JUST MY 2CENTS FOR TODAY....Matt Matt, same thing happened to me when I went to register a saniii I bought at Sams. It had a F also in the model number and came back as a Wildflower womens watch just like yours did. When I called them to tell them there were only 4 places for a model number they said they would change it and it would show as the saniii I purchased. It never was changed and still never has been. I was told the F denoted a special edition. It has a titanium MOP dial. I just figured what the heck. I was tired of dealing with them and based on the one and only experience I ever had with the service department, I'l probably never send a watch back there again. Now when I buy an Invicta, I just know that the warranty is well, not a warranty. Not slamming them because I know full well if I buy an Invicta, it's on me. I just know I have no warranty unless I want to wait 3-6 months for it to return. sailwindtwo View Public Profile Send a private message to sailwindtwo Find all posts by sailwindtwo Add sailwindtwo to Your Contacts #11 07-12-2010, 05:00 PM Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Ohio Posts: 1,174
