Parts order status
I ordered parts and a braclet for a Venom. I was told that they would not charge my credit card until both were available and shipped. They have done that, however they have not shipped the parts and I think I ordered the parts in February, so now how can I find out when I might see them here? I do not see anywhere to check on an open order on their site. Talon

The only way to check on them is to call Invicta customer service and give them your order number. __________________ Corvettes & Watches

Rich is absolutely correct, call CS and give them your order #. And if you call before the completion of the promised expected processing time (example: 2 - 20 wks for replacement braclets) You get a free dose of CS rep. attitude. Yea! Wish I could be more positive about the Invicta CS experience but it is what it is. I've been waiting for 1 SAS and 1 Excursion bracelet since late Feb. I've been told there's a Goose in Switzerland that has to be stolen from its large owner, slid down a bean stalk then held at gunpoint to get it to lay the 18K swiss-gold layered ones. Hopefully I'll get them before my next battery change. Good luck to you though. tymebandit View Public Profile Send a private message to tymebandit Send email to tymebandit Find all posts by tymebandit Add tymebandit to Your Contacts #4 07-17-2010, 12:03 PM

Thanks Big Joe for the number. I get the impression if I do not have the order number they will not be able to help me. I did not realize once ordered it was the customers responsibility to keep the order number. God bless you sir and thanks again for the phone number. Last I heard on a venom bracelet it is taking about 6-9 months to get them. Very high demand and invicta can't make them fast enough. Be patient its worth the wait.
