Some advice trying to get Invicta Service anyone.. Hoping someone has a better avenue to help with my concern. I bought the SANIII Dragon MOP 2 months ago on the Sunday Run. The Black IP Crown protector piece broke off the 2nd time I wore the Watch. It looks like it had a stress crack where it attaches to the case.It was Very Very hard to flip it up and when I did, it just snapped. Ive emailed Rebecca and Massiel going back to December 4th. Several Emails have been sent ( at least 5 or so) but I haven't received any reply at all. Anyone have a better contact to help me ? I haven't worn it since and It kills me to have a new watch like this with this concern. Any help would be fantastic. __________________

Invicta customer service is still sub par after years of complaints. Next to nothing is done to improve it. Invicta's primary goal is to sell watches and not to service or repair them. Top management just doesn't care. If they did things would improve. Good luck with your watch. __________________

Not to disagree with you, but there have been quite a few threads on how the shipping time on parts has improved a lot. I know that does not encompass all of CS but at least it is an improvement in that one area. Hopefully the rest of Invicta's CS improves as well. ao View Public Profile Send a private message to ao Send email to ao Find all posts by ao Add ao to Your Contacts #5 Yesterday, 08:18 PM

I have a feeling you'll be told that the case isn't covered under warranty, only workmanship, crystal, and movement. Good luck, you're going to need it considering who you're dealing with. [edit] I agree with timeman. Invicta just doesn't care all that much about CS. That cuts into profits. It is more likely they will try to outlast someone having an issue with an inexpensive(to them) watch like a Sunday Run item. __________________

I would contact Millie (Mildred) Ibarra @ mibarra@invictawatch.com or Rebecca @ 1800-3277682 ext 1158 or 954-921-2444 ext 1158. They are great and always have been extremely helpful to me when I am looking for bracelets, straps etc...Def. shoot Millie an email! Sign on to the Invicta web site and file an E-Case ,and follow the instructions. This is how they are set up to handle issues everyone wants to call or write emails but they really do not have enough personnel to handle that. Anytime I had an issue that is what I did and the watch comes back repaired in a few weeks. __________________

I have called service many times with questions regarding watches I have bought.I have always been able to get through without a wait.I have also ordered four times from parts and have never waited longer than 3-5 weeks to receive them. Either I'm the luckiest Invicta customer in the world,or I'm doing something right. And this has been over the course of the last two years.I would suggest calling service on the phone. And if you have to order parts do a follow up confirmation call the next day. Then call once a week to check the status. And get names of who you speak with. And as an added measure I always compliment the person that I am dealing with in a friendly but authoritative tone. __________________

JessieDart... A tough bit of bad luck. I think Nick (Chief68) made a great suggestion to try. Hope it gets repaired and back on your wrist soon where it belongs. __________________ " The BEST gift to give is your time to others. Especially reading to kids." Thanks for all the Advice.. I think I've also decided to hold off on any new Invicta Purchases. After dealing with Stuhrling and Android when issues arose and the Bar they set for service makes this experience even more obvious in its lacking nature. I just don't feel good giving them more money if the service is like this. I have 4 Invicta boxes all FULL but I think Im going to go other directions for a while. I hope these issues get better because I love some of their watches obviously but I just cant support them right now....Bummer . __________________

After seven months to get a SANIV bracelet. I wish you luck if i was you i would ware the watch to remind you be careful when you buy an Invicta. Send it to them wait a few months.

And just call every week to check on your watch. Maybe and just maybe they will get tired of you calling and fix it or better yet REPLACE it, GOOD LUCK BRO. supersport396 View Public Profile Send a private message to supersport396 Find all posts by supersport396 Add supersport396 to Your Contacts #15 Today, 09:10 AM Hotspur Senior Member Super Geek

Would highly suggest contacting your CC company, even after (2) months they may be able to help. I too found myself being ignored by their CS. Fortunately I had buyers protection with my CC, after supplying them with documentation and they (the bank issuing the card) being ignored

themselves, my claim was approved Quote: Originally Posted by Jessiedart Hoping someone has a better avenue to help with my concern. I bought the SANIII Dragon MOP 2 months ago on the Sunday Run. Unfortunately that's Invicta for you,I've had a few horrible experience with them that's why I stopped purchasing them and sold all but 2 from my collection.Hopefully you'll get someone to e mail you back soon. Good luck. __________________

I too have had sub par experiences in dealing with Invicta and their “customer service”. These disappointments have not persuaded me to avoid Invicta watches. They have only served to change my perspective concerning my Invicta purchases. Every watch I now buy from Invicta is disposable just like a Good News razor. When the watch breaks down, I discard it. This way, I avoid the frustration of dealing with Invicta’s customer service and it gives me a new reason to buy another watch.
