A Note from Ms. Shea ~ Dear Great Neck Families ~ Our special services team here at Great Neck has met to synchronize our calendars and prepare for our end-of-year meetings. For students with individualized education programs or 504 plans, please note that you will be receiving an invitation in the mail for your annual review or 504 meeting. Our goal was to give our families enough time to plan ahead so we can adhere to the scheduled times. On behalf of our team I ask that you please mark your calendars when the invitation arrives and please do your best to make the scheduled meeting time. If you know that a particular date and time is not going to work for you, please call us immediately to re-schedule. For your planning purposes, please note that the average annual review meeting is about 45 minutes in length and our 504 meetings are typically about 30 minutes. We hope this helps.
