Principal’s Notes–

This week, we had a special assembly with DP from the Harlem Wizards. He showcased some basketball tricks, and several student volunteers were able to learn some tricks of their own. Great job Aviyana!

Superintendent Giard and Assistant Superintendent Powers visited our school this week. They were very impressed as they observed some highly engaged Kindergartners during Writer’s Workshop!

Each morning, our 5th grade greeters met students with a hello and a high-five as they entered the school. Our students did an excellent job with “Start With Hello,” week.

Mrs. DeVito’s class participates in an interactive read-aloud of an “old favorite,” Caps for Sale by Esphyr Slobodkina.
