Feeling sick? Need a sports physical?

Need a vaccine? Do you have other medical concerns? The School-Based Health Centers at Waterford Public Schools is the place to go! SERVICES PROVIDED Yearly well-child examinations Vaccinations acute care visits (e.g. sick visits, lacerations, injuries, etc.) Chronic care visits (e.g. asthma, ADHC, etc.) Mental Health Assessments Substance Abuse Screenings Counseling (individual, group, and family) We encourage early intervention and prevention through prompt medical treatment and education. The APRN and Behavioral Health Clinicians work closely with the school nurse to ensure effective communication.

School-Based Health Centers will be located at Waterford High School and Clark Lane Middle School and will be open to all Waterford Public School students.
