Introduction Charterhouse Training is part of the Employer Services division of City College Coventry and is recognised as one of the leading training providers in the West Midlands region.

Sustainability is at the heart of the strategy of our provision, to deliver high quality training and offer value for money. Our continuous improvement processes involve employers and candidates to ensure we are providing the highest level of quality and service. Charterhouse is pleased to introduce this new and comprehensive training brochure including topics; Management and Leadership, Communication Skills and Project Management. We aim to deliver innovative, interactive courses that meet our customer needs. Group sizes are small to ensure that individual delegates receive personal attention. The trainers delivering the courses on offer are experienced and have significant industrial experience and knowledge of their subject areas.

Accredited Management Qualifications Many of the courses delivered at Charterhouse offer nationally recognised qualifications in Leadership and Management. The new unitised qualification framework provides maximum flexibility for employers and candidates to ensure they can undertake the most appropriate options to meet their needs. Identifying the most appropriate accredited route for your staff through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) will help not only improve staff skills and morale, create effective better performing Managers but also help you win business and improve your bottom line.
