BLOOD & SLIME DOUGHNUTS
Simply take 1 pack of the Fletchers Sugared Jam Ball Doughnuts, some royal icing, and some green food colouring and there you have it! A simple doughnut into a spooktacular treat that’s perfect for a counter display. It’s a quick and easy seasonal offering!

Instructions
Add the milk, Vanilla Frappe Powder, and your Mixed Berries Syrup into a blender

Add a cup of ice and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth
Pour the blender contents into your chosen glass and top with whipped cream.
Decorate with Strawberry Topping Sauce and your chosen spooky toppings

Halloween is a holiday notorious for all things sugar and sweet. In a world that is growing more health-consious, there are still a variety of ways that the spooky treats can be altered for a healthier option.
A fruit platter is a staple at all buffets, so to celebrate Halloween, why not make it spooky?

SPOOKY SHMOO
1) Dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate, ensuring the full rim is covered. Pour the golden crunch onto a plate and dip the rim into it, covering as much chocolate as possible
2) Use some of the melted chocolate to stick the chocolate buttons on to the front of the glass. Place in fridge for five minutes to set.
3) Using a skewer or sharp implement, pierce a hole through the orange cake and dolly mixtures Thread the cake and some dolly mixtures on to a straw, and use cocktail sticks for the rest, using the cake to stick them in.
4 ) Pour the milk into a jug, adding the Shmoo powder and syrup. Place on the Shmoo machine for 25 seconds until mixture is thick and pour into the glass.
5) Balance the doughnut on the rim of the glass and rest the toffee apple gently through the middle
6) Carefully place the straw through the centre of the doughnut, resting it on the apple.
7) Drizzle strawberry sauce over the dolly mixtures and allow to drip.

There’s nothing finer than a big dirty burger! Turn up the heat on your wholesale burger buns with the addition of angry sauce for the ultimate taste experience.

First, make the angry sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the hot chilli sauce (we recommend that you add as much or as little chilli sauce as you think your customers will enjoy)! Season to taste. Cook the burgers to your customer’s preference.
Toast Kara’s Gourmet Brioche Bun until lightly golden
Fry the onions until they are golden brown and starting to caramelise. The exciting part! Start to build the burger. Add a good spoon of sauce onto the base of the wholesale burger buns, then layer with lettuce, cheese, pickles and top with the fried white onions. Finish with another spoon of angry sauce. Voila!

Ingredients
1 pump (7 5ml) Simply Gingerbread Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Gingerbread Syrup
1 pump (7.5ml) Simply Caramel Syrup or Simply Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
2 scoops (34g) Simply White Chocolate Powder
Steamed milk
Whipped cream
Simply Caramel Topping Sauce
Cinnamon powder/cinnamon stick
Instructions

Combine your white chocolate powder with your gingerbread and caramel syrups
Add a small amount of steamed milk and stir into a paste.
Top with the rest of the milk
Decorate with whipped cream, caramel topping sauce, and a dusting of cinnamon

½ tbsp cinnamon syrup
½ tbsp Specaloos or Egg Nog syrup

I’M DREAMING OF A SPICED CHRISTMAS METHOD
1) Dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate, ensuring the full rim is covered. Pour the Christmas sprinkles onto a plate and dip the rim into them, covering as much chocolate as possible
2) Use some of the melted chocolate to stick the snowflake sprinkles on to the front of the glass Place in fridge for five minutes to set.
3) Using a skewer or sharp implement, pierce a hole through the cakes and chocolate balls, and then thread them onto the straws.
4) Pour the milk into a jug, adding the Shmoo powder and syrup. Place on the Shmoo machine for 25 seconds
until mixture is thick and pour into the glass
5) Place the straws into the glass, using the rim as a support to rest the balls or cake on.
6) Starting from the rim of the glass and working inwards to the centre, add squirty cream building upwards adding height.
7) Balance a candy cane through the cream, again using the rim to help support it.
8) Pour the remaining Christmas sprinkles over the top, and balance the chocolate coin against the straw and candy cane.

Bubble & Squeak B

Method:
Bubble and Squeak is a wholesome yet satisfying classic that is a great way to use up the leftover veggies in the kitchen Add a twist to the staple by adding it to your burger range!
This recipe serves 6 burgers.
Slice your onions and shred the sprouts. In a pan start to fry the onions along with half the butter. Fry them until golden brown and soft.
Add shredded sprouts and cook until soft.
Mix in the mash potatoes and season to taste. Set aside to cool.
Once cool, mould the mixture into burger size patties, dust with a little flour and lightly fry in the remaining butter until golden brown.
Take a brioche bun and smear the base with cranberry, add the bubble and squeak patties and top with slices of brie.
Place under the grill until the cheese begins to melt, top with more cranberry, and serve.
