An Environment Agency licence dispensation for the River Nene upstream of Northampton Lock applies for boats attending the festival with only a BW licence Please note Moorings at the festival (between South Bridge and Nuns Mill Bridge) will be advised by the Organisers Harbour Master. Boats will be required to moor alongside each other (breast up). Bankside spaces will be allocated for trade boats and boats with registered disabled crew.
