LETTER FROM THE EDITOR A paradox can be defined as a statement or idea that contradicts itself. Many others would also describe it as something that is difficult to understand. When we first decided to use Paradox as our June theme, we introduced it as contradictions, illusions, opposites and anything in between. As a result, you'll see all kinds of interpretations in the following pages. From our contributors down to our team, I have really enjoyed seeing each variation of this almost rule-less theme, and would say that it was my favourite to work on so far! From complicated love, finding balance in unsuspecting ways, isolation and chaos all the way to the paradoxical nature of photography, this issue is jam-packed with paradoxes, displayed in the most creative ways. Enjoy the read and remember… Things aren't always what they seem, Crystal Chambers Editor in Chief
