Ceremony recognizes 2015-2016 Leadership Excellence graduates Another group of members have completed Leadership Excellence, a nine-month leadership course led by Ray Mickevicius. These individuals were recognized at a ceremony held at The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company in Wausau on May 11.. Cory Heckendorf of Wisconsin Kenworth, and a Leadership Excellence graduate, and Melissa Kampmann of Ruder Ware spoke at the ceremony. These graduates were recognized at the ceremony: Rick Abreu, Mike Barnett, Matthew Bayer, Kiley Berg, Aaron Black, Joe Butler, Victor Carungi, Mary Coates, Debra Dahlke, Kirt Dvorak, Amy Ebeling, Peter Erdman, Bryon Graff, Mike Hendrickson, Josh Howe, Joel Hynes, Christopher Kalk, Barbara Knight, Rick Koch, Tracey Kujawa, Ken Lassa, Nick O’Brien, Christina Oertel, Matt Palecek, Timothy Parks, Eric Ray Mickevicius, right, presented Kiley Berg with a diploma Pond, Nick Resech, Jessica Rew, Shelley Rowe, Patrick Rutten, Randy Schemenauer, Allen Schiller, recognizing her completion of the Leadership Excellence program. Patrick Schmidt, Matthew Spink, Shawn Steiner, Chad Walter and Kris Weden. Leadership Excellence is made up of 12 sessions totaling almost 100 hours and improves the ability of those enrolled to manage change, create synergistic teams and uncover positive solutions. The program designed to develop the enrollee’s professional and personal self, based on their strengths.
