All metal products within the Charterbrae brochure are manufactured in the UK at our Black Country based factory. We are well-known for our craftmanship and skill that goes into all our manufactured products. Based in Tipton in the heart of the Black Country, we have developed a team of hard-working dedicated and passionate personnel. Our aim is to consistently improve our product offering to all our new and existing client base within the many different sectors that we provide our furniture goods. Each metal item of Charterbrae furniture is handmade by us in the UK.

We are proud of our skills and knowledge throughout the manufacturing processes. Our sales team and purchasing department ensure that we provide the highest quality material through to service and satisfaction.

Our diverse and wide range of product offering are manufactured to the highest quality and exceptional value. Our continuous improvement and continually expanding product offerings has allowed us to offer a very popular bespoke manufacturing service. With our help you can design your own furniture to suit your needs. We have recently been re-certified ISO 9001:2015 giving all our customers piece of mind that our furniture will offer the complete solution to their needs whilst also standing the test of time. We always welcome our existing customers and future customers to our newly built showroom and factory to see the whole process from start to finish.

OUR ASSURANCE

Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials from the point of receiving your goods. This is provided that the product is used under the conditions for which it was designed and used for its intended purpose.

We believe in our products so much so that we offer a 5 year guarantee on all manufactured goods.

We acknowledge as a business that we have a duty to reduce our carbon footprint. We therefore have an aim to become carbon neutral and will be taking the necessary steps in becoming carbon neutral and attaining the accreditation of PAS 2060.

Every piece of furniture, from a bed to a table, bench or stool is crafted using the highest quality materials from local reputable suppliers. We are looking at reducing our packaging and recycling waste through reputable waste management companies.

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. Supplied as a hoop style at head and foot end for ease of movement. The Alaska bed is supplied with a wide range of wood colours to compliment your room décor.

Alexandra Bed

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. Comes as flat pack, sleeping mesh base and tubular head & foot bow.

Classic Bed

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. Can be supplied with our without wood surround and can be supplied with welded skid leg or tubular bolt on leg.

Denver Bed

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. The ottoman bed is available with a bottom frame for cladding or supplied with the bed hinge mechanism for ease of securing to your bottom frame.

Warwick Range

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. Can be supplied with welded skid leg or bolt on tubular leg for ease of movement. The Warwick bed is supplied with 4 safety radius corners at the foot and head end.

Windsor Range

Available in 3 sizes. Single, Three quarter and Double. Can be supplied with welded skid leg or bolt on tubular leg for ease of movement. The Windsor bed is supplied with 2 safety radius corners at the foot end only.

BUNK BEDS

3 Tier Bunk Beds

All bunk beds are 6’3” long. Can be supplied as 2’6” or 3’0” wide. All comes fully flat pack and can also be supplied with curtains for extra privacy.

Jupiter Range

Can be supplied as 2’6” or 3’0” wide and comes fully flatpack. This bed is a more junior version of the Titan bunk bed.

Neptune Range

Can be supplied as 2’6” or 3’0” wide and comes fully flat pack.

Titan Range

Can be supplied as detachable bows to leave two single beds or as a pair of non-detachable bows.

L-Shaped Bunks

Can be supplied as single or double underbed. The underbed is not attached to the main frame to enable ease of movement.

Single Over Double

Upper sleeping platform is 3’0” wide with a 4’6” underneath. Is supplied fully flatpack.

Folding Beds

Available in 2 sizes, 2’6” and 3’0”. Can also be supplied with or without folding mattress. Castors supplied as standard for ease of movement once in the upright position.
