Sumenep Regency Talango Subdistrict
SUMENEP DISTRICT POTENTIAL East Java seabed resouces are threatened extinct. It is caused by the severly damaged coral reef in East Java. The damage reaches 60% out of 100% number of reefs in East Java seabed. Total reef area in East Java covers 188.000 ha. The severest damage occurs in Sumenep as people in Sumenep still use explosives to ďŹ sh.
SITE: located in Talango Subdistrict, Sumenep regency, Madura, East Java.
TALANGO
Based on coral reef variety southern Sumenep waters in better compared in southern Sumenep. TALANGO in one archipelago sub-district are damaged by huan activities. This location in chosen as Marine Protected Area (MPA) and as cora; reef conversation and coastal population lofe. Solution in this location can be used as an example for other coastal area in Indonesia.

BACKGROUND Trade center merupakan pusat bisnis, perdagangan, dan belanja bergaya modern. Saat ini, Trade Center kurang diminati karena fokusnya akan fungsi berdagang sehingga cenderung padat, kumuh, sesak, dan tertutup. Trade Center perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peminat saat ini dan ke depannya. Apartement merupakan hunian vertikal yang diminati dan menjadi tren hunian massa kini. Kesan visual yang monoton, kumuh, serta boros energi menjadi mayoritas masalah utama apartemen, sehingga dibutuhkan apartement yang nyaman huni, sustainable, dan ramah lingkungan.

BACKGROUND Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan mengharapkan adanya gapura selamat datang yang lebih bernilai arsitektural dan mengandung unsur kebudayaan lokal, sehingga gapura selamat datang Kabupaten Magetan dapat lebih ikonik dibandingkan dengan gapura yang terdahulu. Perpaduan antara ciri khas lokal dan modernisasi merupakan kombinasi yang diharapkan akan hadir dalam desain Gapura Selamat Datang Kabupaten Magetan yang baru.
